Staff
Our restaurants have only 2 people working at a time ! We have only 2 full time employees !The same people working everyday. Often hand washing has always been part of our protocol
Cleaning
we have increased the frequency of disinfecting common areas where customers wait for take out all food and contact surfaces and any other surface that is touched often . We all wear masks and practice distancing where we can !
